In February of 2013, The Dead Rabbit opened its doors in NYC. And that same year in London, White Lyan was born - the start of Dandelyan, Cub, Lyaness, Super Lyan, Silver Lyan, and Seed Library. Last year, we popped up in The Dead Rabbit’s Parlor, as part of their tenth-birthday celebrations. And now, they’re coming to us for London Cocktail Week, in partnership with our friends at Teeling Irish Whiskey – welcome to The Sequel.

Spanning two days, this celebratory collaboration marks six years since The Dead Rabbit’s last visit to London, and we plan on making it count. Join us on Sunday for live Irish music and a special guest DJ on Monday. We’ll have Aidan, Mario, and Monica behind the bar throughout, creating a selection of Dead Rabbit signature cocktails (including their famed Irish Coffee), with heaps of Teeling Irish Whiskey, Guinness on tap, and Tayto on the backbar. Plus, we’ll be recreating some classic Dead Rabbit dishes, including their Sausage Roll, Paddy’s Patties Smash Burgers, and Cheese and Tomato Toastie – and as is the Lyaness way, there’ll be plenty of surprises on the night. 

A Lyan and a Rabbit - a fable fit for the 21st Century.

On the 6th and 7th October, £1 from every Dead Rabbit Irish Coffee sold, made with Teeling Irish Whiskey, will be donated to The Felix Project, feeding local communities in London by rescuing surplus food from the food industry and delivering it to over 900 frontline charities and schools.
